Shipping - See below for estimated transit time map Most orders will ship from our warehouse within two business days. If you select UPS 3-day Select, 2nd Day or Next Day air, shipment of your order will be the priority. Most of these orders will ship the same business day if the order is entered prior to 11am EST. No orders will be shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We are required by law to charge 5% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Virginia, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Virginia, US. You will receive an email when a tracking number has been assigned. You can check your tracking status by clicking the Order Tracking link at the bottom left of any page and entering your UPS tracking number. If you select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option, a delivery confirmation number will be provided. This number is not a tracking number. It is used by the USPS to confirm delivery at a package's destination. If you have any questions about your order at any time, please email us at sales@allin-enterprises.com. Use the map below to estimate your shipping time via Ground Shipping. Please remember to exclude weekends when estimating shipping time and/or transit times- Ground shipments do not include weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) in the estimated transit time. International Orders We do not ship internationally. We only service customers in the United States of America, and we do so proudly! All Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Backorders Occasionally, we must backorder an item that is out of stock. - Unless otherwise specified backorders may be automatically shipped by ground up to 10 days after the original order has shipped. After 30 days, all backorders will be canceled unless otherwise notified. - Any out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder/hold and you will be sent notification via email. - You will have the option of waiting for the item to arrive, make changes (remove the backordered item from your order) or cancel your order. - All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available along with the rest of your order (if applicable). We do our best to remain flexible and we keep our customers' best interests in mind at all times. Returns Policy Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. All returns must include a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We may, at our discretion, charge a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. (Please note...we do NOT resell returned merchandise here on our web site). Errors and Omissions We are not responsible for errors or omissions with regard to our product pricing, images or descriptions.
